Thankyous

I can't let the public forum pass without taking the chance to thank a few people for their extra generous support over the journey. Primarily Kate and our daughter for sacrificing so much of our time together for the sake of training; and for the enthusiastic encouragement and general understanding of why this is important, thankyou. To Ian Buchanan for the idea, the mentorship, the endless triathlon magazines, advice, insight and all other things - thanks, this better be good! To my in-laws who have provided essential support in the form of gear (thanks Ross and Greg) and moral and practical support for being able to pursue an IM at this time (thanks Jo). To my parents, sister and Ed, who are all coming along to the event to be part of 'operation brown streak' at the pointy end, thanks for coming through in a clutch.  Thanks also to my ride training buddies Dan and David and Dr Christina Chau for providing me with somewhat competitive running goals. To all my friends who've put up with my boring talk about long training and still been able to voice their support - I appreciate it. I'll do my best to make you proud.
